Job summary

Shift Seekers Staffing seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care in VA. Positions include 8- and 12-hour shifts, with shifts assigned across Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Norfolk.

Earn $23–$28+ per hour, with daily or weekly pay options and benefits eligibility starting after 30 days. Candidates must hold a valid CNA license and have at least six months of long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA license in this state.
• Minimum of six months experience in long-term care.
• Must understand nursing and medical practices, procedures, and regulations relevant to long-term care.
• Responsible for delivering daily care and services in alignment with resident assessments and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily care and services to residents according to assessments and care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and hygiene.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and observed.
