Bristol Glen, a UMC Community, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Long-Term Care team in Newton, NJ. The role offers competitive pay of $40.33-$50.33 per hour, based on experience, with full benefits and a focus on comprehensive resident care in a long-term setting.

You will monitor residents, administer medications, support admissions and care planning, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and quality. An active NJ RN license is required; LTC experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Active New Jersey RN license or compact license.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

What you'll do

• Monitor resident status throughout the shift and share updates with the care team
• Administer medications and treatments while maintaining accurate documentation
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges to support smooth resident transitions
• Provide nursing care that follows individualized care plans and established procedures
• Participate in assessments and help develop and update resident care plans
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and team members regarding care needs and updates
• Respond to resident concerns and support comfort, safety, and well-being
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to support quality care

What you'll need

Required:

• Active New Jersey RN license or multistate (compact) RN license

Preferred:

• Experience in long-term care or sub-acute rehab setting
