Job summary

Bristol Glen is seeking an Assisted Living RN (per diem) in Newton, NJ. Earn $40.33 to $50.33 per hour for day, evening, or overnight shifts and provide nursing care to residents in a welcoming campus with independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing options.

Responsibilities include monitoring health, delivering care per plans, coordinating with the care team, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents’ health and respond to changes in condition throughout the day.
• Deliver clinical care in alignment with individualized service plans.
• Support smooth resident transitions, including move-ins, transfers, and departures.
• Maintain timely and accurate records for care provided, medications, and observations.
• Partner with the interdisciplinary team to develop and revise resident care strategies.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and caregiving staff to promote quality care and overall well-being.
