Job summary

Seagate Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, all shifts. Pay rate is up to $53 per hour. You will deliver resident-centered care, coordinate with physicians and families, monitor wellbeing, administer treatments, ensure safety, and mentor CNAs.

Active NY RN license required; prior long-term care experience preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills are essential; commitment to compassionate care is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide direct, resident-centered nursing aligned with individualized care plans.

• Monitor Resident Wellbeing: Assess, document, and respond to changes in residents’ conditions.
• Administer Medications & Treatments: Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient medication management and interventions.
• Promote a Safe Environment: Maintain compliance with infection control and regulatory standards.
