Spring Creek Rehabilitation & Nursing Care Center in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. This role offers opportunities to lead and mentor staff and deliver high-quality resident care.

You will collaborate with DON and leadership to coordinate daily nursing operations, participate in quality initiatives, ensure MDS documentation, and support discharge planning. Active NY RN license and 2 years SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant DON to support daily nursing operations.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide nursing staff to maintain high-quality resident care.
• Address staff concerns promptly and upscale issues as appropriate.
• Assist with staffing coordination and scheduling to ensure optimal coverage.
