Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate coordination, and onboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation
• Coordinate employee evaluations and performance management initiatives with department leaders
• Interpret and enforce HR policies while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws
• Serve as liaison between employees, union reps, and management to promote communication
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and culture
• Oversee onboarding and training processes, ensuring all compliance requirements are met
• Manage unemployment claims, conduct internal investigations, and provide recommendations to leadership
• Support managers with hiring, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions per policies
