Illuminus is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join St. Anne’s in Milwaukee, WI.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with flexible schedules, including 8-hour shifts and weekend rotations. As an RN you will assess and coordinate resident care, administer medications, document care, and support a person-centered approach on a faith-based campus with an on-site chapel and a commitment to compassionate aging.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Wisconsin in good standing.
• Active CPR certification.
• Knowledge/experience in geriatrics.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, coordinates, and evaluates resident care including medications, treatments, documentation, and changes in condition.
• Communicates with residents, families, physicians, and staff while coordinating and delegating care in compliance with regulations, safety, and infection prevention standards.
• Supervises nursing staff and manages staffing, assignments, supplies, and resources.
• Supports quality improvement through incident investigations, interdisciplinary collaboration, and other assigned duties.

St. Anne’s, an Illuminus Community, is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN). We offer assisted living and skilled nursing care in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. While our convenient location on Milwaukee’s northwest side provides easy access to downtown and nearby communities, our attractive, multi-acre campus features a pond, pavilion, and numerous patios which make it easy to forget you’re in the heart of the city. Position Details

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a variety of scheduling options. Shift availability may vary based on the needs of the community.

This position may include 8-hour shifts, including a weekend rotation.

Pay

$39.75-44.50 per hour, dependent upon experience

The Registered Nurse will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident’s total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, all while ensuring the provision of person centered care.
