Job summary

LindenGrove New Berlin, an Illuminus Community, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide holistic care for older adults across short-term and long-term settings in Wisconsin. The role supports assessments, medications, documentation and person-centered care in a community-focused environment.

The position offers full-time, part-time and PRN options with 8-hour shifts and a weekend rotation, aligned to community needs. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Wisconsin in good standing.
• Active CPR certification.
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
• Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, coordinates, and evaluates resident care, meds, treatments and changes in condition.
• Communicates with residents, families, physicians and staff while coordinating and delegating care per regulations and infection prevention standards.
• Supervises nursing staff and manages staffing, assignments, supplies and resources.

lindenGrove New Berlin, an Illuminus Community , is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN). We offer short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults. Our campus is conveniently located next to Community Memorial Hospital and Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital, and focuses on providing outstanding medical rehabilitation services to our community. Position Details

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a variety of scheduling options. Shift availability may vary based on the needs of the community.

This position may include 8-hour shifts, including a weekend rotation.

Pay

$39.75-44.50 per hour, dependent upon experience

The Registered Nurse will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident’s total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, all while ensuring the provision of person centered care.
