Overview

St. Elizabeth Home, an Illuminus Community, is hiring a Registered Nurse RN. We offer long-term care and short-term rehabilitation in a skilled nursing setting. Originally founded in 1967, St. Elizabeth is located just blocks from downtown Janesville in the Courthouse Hill Historic District between Upper Courthouse Park and Jefferson Park.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse will identify, provide for, and take responsibility for residents’ total nursing needs.
• This includes assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, and the provision of person-centered care.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
• Active CPR
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
