The Adecco Group is hiring Behavioral Health Registered Nurses (RN) in Casa Grande, AZ to join inpatient and crisis teams. These full-time roles offer fixed 12-hour shifts in three-day blocks, with predictable scheduling and meaningful work in crisis and inpatient behavioral health units.

Starting at $42/hr, based on experience, with 5 weeks of PTO, full benefits, 401(k) vesting, and PSLF-eligible non-profit employment. This role welcomes experienced RNs and new graduates alike.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license or compact state license (required).
• BLS certification (required).
• Experience in crisis and/or inpatient behavioral health (required).
• Ability to work fixed Day or Night 3×12 block schedules.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and de-escalation skills.
• Open to experienced RNs and passionate new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in crisis and inpatient behavioral health units.
• Support individuals through detoxification and crisis stabilization.
• Complete comprehensive risk assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Assist with discharge planning and coordination of community resources.
• Maintain a safe, trauma-informed therapeutic environment.
• Accurately document care and interventions in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
