Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure residents receive care per care plans and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and delegate assignments based on resident acuity and staff qualifications.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, onboarding and ongoing education to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other team members to deliver comprehensive care.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changes in resident condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety and clinical care standards.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay Rate:

Up to $40/hour (based on experience) plus shift differentials

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure residents receive exceptional care in accordance with individualized care plans and regulatory standards
• Coordinate and delegate nursing assignments based on resident acuity and staff qualifications
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing staff, including onboarding and ongoing education
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care
