Harmony Gardens is a Cassia community in Maplewood, MN, seeking Registered Nurses to join our caring team. You will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with staff to support residents and their families.

This is a full-time and part-time role with every-other-weekend shifts, offering competitive pay and growth opportunities. Available shifts include Days 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Part Time) and PM 2:30 PM – 11 PM (Full Time).

Qualifications

• Must hold an active MN RN license.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Team player with initiative and reliability.
• Experience in long-term care (TCU/ LTC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.

• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment per policy.

Position Type: Full-Time and Part-Time, every other weekend

Available Shifts (Including every other weekend):

• Days 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Part Time, every other weekend)
• PM 2:30 PM - 11 PM TCU (Full Time)

Wage Range: $37.57 - $44.89 / hour depending on experience

Location: 1438 County Road C East, Maplewood, MN 55109

Nurse Responsibilities:

• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff
• Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care
• Administer medications and/or treatment in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures
• Document resident care using computerized medication administration and charting software
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary
• Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift

Nurse Qualifications:

• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have a current MN RN license
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team
• Prior experience in TCU or LTC preferred
