Responsibilities

• Clinical Oversight: Execute high-level patient assessments and interventions, maintaining meticulous documentation that drives superior resident outcomes.
• Precision Pharmacology: Transcribe physician orders with fidelity to the care plan and manage complex medication administration via MARs.
• Pharmacy Synergy: Act as the primary liaison with pharmacy partners to ensure seamless delivery of new orders and treatment changes.
• Interdisciplinary Leadership: Collaborate with MDs, therapists, and leadership to execute comprehensive treatment plans.
• Advocacy & Care: Serve as a dedicated clinical resource, ensuring residents receive the Complete Care standard of dignity and medical excellence.
