Job summary

Evergreen Healthcare Group’s Polson Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee nursing care delivery for residents. You will supervise staff, follow the plan of care, and perform general nursing duties on a skilled nursing/rehab unit.

Essential duties include supervising care, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure in the state of employment.
• Knowledge of nursing process, especially for geriatric residents, long-term care and rehab.

Responsibilities
