Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC in Latrobe, PA seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position at our Corporate Health Center. This role offers a pay rate of $50.00/hr with a Monday–Friday 2:00pm–10:00pm schedule, totaling 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include medical surveillance appointments, hearing testing, injury triage, evaluating and treating injuries, performing screenings (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision), and maintaining OSHA records.

Qualifications

• RNs with occupational health, ER or ambulatory care experience preferred.
• Currently licensed Registered Nurse.
• BLS/ACLS certification (Basic Life Support) required.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for medical surveillance appointments including hearing testing and injury triage and evaluation.
• Evaluate and treat all injuries and illnesses in a timely, professional manner per nursing guidelines.
• Performs occupational and health screening tests defined in site contract (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
• Assess healthcare needs, implement and manage health programs to improve health and facilitate return to work, maintain OSHA records and medical files.
• Identify emergency situations and provide care.
• Administer medications and medical treatments as directed by a Physician

Work Schedule:

• 2:00pm to 10:00pm (Monday to Friday)
• 40 hours per week

• Evaluate and treat all injuries and illnesses in an efficient and professional manner within the scope of practice and consistent with clinical nursing guidelines.
• Performs occupational and health screening tests as defined in site contract (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
• Assess healthcare needs, then implement and manage healthcare programs to improve health and facilitate return to work, maintain OSHA records/reports and worker medical files.
• Identifies emergency situations and provides care.
• Administers medications and medical treatments competently as directed by a Physician

Qualifications:

• RNs with prior occupational health, ER or ambulatory care experience preferred.
• Currently licensed Registered Nurse
• Current hands on training in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for health care providers is required.
• Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations preferred.
