Job summary

Mill Brook Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Fall River, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled clinical care and monitor resident conditions in a 152-bed facility.

Under Marquis Health Consulting Services guidance, the RN ensures plans of care are followed, medications are administered safely, and documentation is complete, timely, and compliant with standards. Full-time and part-time roles with daily pay are available.

Qualifications

• MA RN license required (active, unencumbered).
• Valid BLS certification required.
• Ability to care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards and treatment plans.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to the team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
