Job summary

River Terrace Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Massachusetts. The RN will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure care plans are followed.

Shifts available include 7-3 and 11-7 with up to a $3 shift differential. Qualifying candidates hold a current MA RN license and BLS CPR certification, and possess strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Current, valid MA RN license.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician plan and care plan.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per POC.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation following orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and nursing regulations.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
