Job summary

Blueberry Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Beverly, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure treatments align with care plans across 7 am–3 pm, 3 pm–11 pm, and 11 pm–7 am shifts.

This PRN opportunity offers competitive hourly pay ($40–$55), potential shift differentials up to $5, daily pay options, and a values-driven team focused on Passion, Respect, and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with nursing practice standards and physician’s plan.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments as per POC.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
