Job summary

Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation, operated by Excelsior Care Group, in Live Oak, FL, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate nursing team. You will supervise staff, coordinate care plans, and respond to emergencies to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida RN license, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of long-term care experience, with strong clinical judgment and teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, active Florida RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care in accordance with individualized care plans and state regulations.
• Coordinate and assign nursing duties based on staff competencies and resident needs.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing staff, including onboarding and ongoing education.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies and changes in resident condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all facility policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
