Lake City Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Lake City, Florida is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate care team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care and collaborating with the Director of Nursing to uphold standards.

You will lead rounds, coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and participate in training, surveys, and quality initiatives to ensure compliance and exceptional outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Florida.

• Quality Assurance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience.
