Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company in Kentucky is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate patient care and support to the care team. The RN will assess health needs, implement care plans, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document progress in EMR systems to ensure continuity of treatment.

The ideal candidate holds a current RN license, has strong communication and teamwork skills, and demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state. (unencumbered)
• Minimum 1 year RN experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health needs and develop and implement care plans.

Requirements:

• Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse
