Job summary

Edgewood Manor Health care center in Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. You will assess needs, administer medications, monitor vitals, educate patients and families, and document progress in electronic medical records.

Ideal candidates will hold an active MO RN license, have strong communication and critical thinking, and be committed to ongoing professional development in a supportive facility.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
