FullShift Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Skilled Nursing Facility assignment in the United States. The position supports new grads and experienced nurses with flexible contract lengths, including 13 weeks or permanent placement options.

Shifts include days, evenings, or nights, and compensation features hourly pay plus housing and travel stipends for travelers. A dedicated account manager supports you from onboarding to contract completion.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of employment (New grads welcome).
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current TB test/results.
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within the past year).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions, reporting changes promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, and ongoing care needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
