Job summary

FullShift Staffing seeks an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract with potential extension or permanent placement. The role is in a Skilled Nursing Facility with options for days, evenings, or nights and housing and travel stipends for travelers.

New grads are welcome and travel opportunities enable flexible locations while building hands-on nursing experience and patient relationships in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the employed state (or ability to obtain).
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• Current TB test/results.
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within the past year).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and policies.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions and report changes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists and others for quality care.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions and ongoing care needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation per standards.

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Pay: Excellent rate including hourly + housing & travel stipends (for travelers)

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
