Powers Health is seeking a Staff RN to implement, direct, communicate and document the nursing process while maintaining a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff. The role requires adherence to the Nurse Practice Act and Powers Health policies.

Education includes an accredited nursing program with Indiana RN licensure; BSN is desirable. ACLS and CPR certifications are required or maintained as needed, and orientation programs must be completed successfully.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current professional licensure by the State of Indiana Health Professions Bureau.
• BSN desirable.
• Successful completion of Powers Health System's Personnel and Nursing Orientation Programs.
• Obtains and maintains current certification ACLS as required in specialty areas (Critical Care).
• Obtains and maintains current CPR certification.

The Staff RN is responsible for implementing, directing, communicating and documenting the nursing process and provides a safe environment for patients, visitors and associates. The nurse practices in accordance with current established standards of care, the Nurse Practice Act, the Powers Health policies and procedures, and supports the mission and philosophy of Powers Health.

Education/Experience: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current professional licensure by the State of Indiana Health Professions Bureau. BSN desirable.
