Accela Post Acute Care at Hamilton is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 55-bed post-acute care center on the campus of RWJ University Hospital-Hamilton. The RN will lead with compassion, assess residents, administer medications, and develop care plans in collaboration with the care team.

Weekend rotation is required for Per Diem staff and full-time employees alike. We offer competitive compensation up to $45 per hour, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401K, PTO,

Qualifications

• A valid RN license in New Jersey.
• Experience in Acute care LTC or similar settings.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead with compassion by providing top-notch nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor residents’ conditions.

Weekend Requirement: This position requires rotating weekends (on/off schedule). All Per Diem staff must commit to working at least one full weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday).
