You will develop care plans, document observations, and collaborate with a nurse-led team while maintaining patient dignity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in GA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license with reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
