Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled, in-home nursing care to patients in Madison, TN. This full-time role includes day and night shifts with alternating weekends, supported by a nurse-led team focused on dignity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements.
