Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home, one-on-one nursing care to patients in Richland, WA. You will develop and follow individualized care plans, document care activities, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compassionate care in patients' homes.

The role requires an active WA RN license, CPR certification, a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of WA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.

Compensation

$48.00-$58.00 Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
