Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled, one-on-one in-home care to former atomic energy workers in Harlem, GA. You will work with a nurse-led team that supports your autonomy and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

This full-time position offers day and night shifts with rotating weekends. You will develop care plans, document care, and ensure compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulations while delivering compassionate, patient-centered

Qualifications

  • Current RN license in GA.
  • CPR certification.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
  • Home health experience preferred but not required.
  • Must pass pre-employment screenings.

  • Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients
  • Develop and follow individualized care plans
  • Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.


Shifts: Full Time Days & Nights available. Rotating Weekends
