Qualifications

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing
