Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state.
• 1 year of nursing experience required; home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation, background check clearance.
