PurposeCare is a leading provider of home health services in the Midwest, delivering care to patients in their own homes with compassionate clinicians. This role supports patients in Elgin, Illinois, through skilled visits and personalized at-home care.

Qualifications

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
• 1 year of nursing experience is required - home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.
