Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking qualified registered nurses to deliver compassionate home health care. You will visit patients in their homes, manage care plans, and collaborate with a supportive team to maintain high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include an active nursing license in the state, at least one year of nursing experience (home health and OASIS preferred), a valid driver's license, and the ability to handle physical tasks. We offer flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
• 1 year of nursing experience is required - home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.
