Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking an RN to deliver skilled, one-on-one in-home nursing care to former atomic energy workers in Tennessee. You will work under a nurse-led team that prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes, with a mission-driven culture and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, documenting care and observations, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Tennessee.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you are supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

FULL TIME/ PART TIME/ PRN NIGHTS
