Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled, in-home care to former atomic energy workers in Nucla, Colorado. You will work with a nurse-led, mission-driven team that prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

This part-time role offers competitive pay ($31.00–$41.00/hr, with a $3/hr night/weekend differential), scheduling flexibility, PTO, benefits, a 401(k), and opportunities for training and growth in home health.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of CO.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements.

At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you are supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

Compensation

$31.00 - $41.00 based on experience.

$3/hr shift differential for nights and weekends.
