Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver in-home skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including those connected to Department of Energy programs. You will work under a nurse-led, mission-driven team that prioritizes dignity and outcomes.

Your responsibilities include developing care plans, documenting care, collaborating with care teams, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Remote travel to patient homes is required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of [Insert State].
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
