Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in San Diego, CA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide in-home, one-on-one skilled care to former atomic energy workers and other patients in their homes. You will work with a nurse-led team dedicated to patient dignity and outcomes.

This PRN/part-time role offers competitive pay of $61.00–$64.00 per hour, paid PTO for full-time/part-time, a 401(k), EAP, and opportunities for mentoring and career growth in home care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in California.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. Compensation

$61.00 - $64.00 Based on experience
