Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Walworth, WI is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide in-home, one-on-one skilled nursing care to former atomic energy workers and other patients in their homes. You will develop and follow individualized care plans, document care and updates, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
