Job summary

Golden LivingCenters is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift (7p-7a) to provide quality care in a compassionate, resident-centered environment. The role emphasizes collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, discharge planning input, and delivering evidence-based nursing practices.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in Georgia, CPR certification, and a commitment to excellence in resident care, safety, and comfort within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed RN in state of practice required.
• Must hold and maintain CPR certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• License in good standing with no findings of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality nursing care using the nursing process to achieve resident outcomes.
• Identify discharge planning needs and follow-up throughout stay.
• Assist with development of individualized plan of care with resident and care team.
• Implement and maintain plan of care with focus on resident-centered outcomes and resource use.
• Collaborate with physicians and health professionals by sharing updates to plan of care.
• Deliver compassionate care and comfort using current nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Assure that effective quality nursing care is delivered which is outcome focused through utilization of the nursing process.
• Identify needs and provide input for discharge planning and follow-up throughout length of stay
• Assist with development of individualized plan of care in collaboration with the resident/responsible party and interdisciplinary care team
• Implement plan of care consistently, effectively and cost efficiently with focus on resident centered outcomes by utilizing all appropriate, available resources for resident, family or responsible party counseling and discharge planning.
• Work in collaboration with physician and other health care professionals by sharing information relevant to changing plan of care
• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating knowledge and skills of current nursing practices

Qualifications

• Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice required
• Must hold and maintain a current CPR certification. Licensed nursing staff are required to obtain their CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• License in good standing with the state. Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
