Confidential is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for night shift 7p-7a in our Georgia community. You will deliver high-quality nursing care and contribute to resident well-being.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, discharge planning input, and individualized care plans to achieve resident-centered outcomes while maintaining safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state of practice is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• License in good standing with the state.
• No finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.

Responsibilities

• Assure that effective nursing care is delivered which is outcome focused through the nursing process.
• Identify needs and provide input for discharge planning and follow-up throughout length of stay.
• Assist with development of individualized plan of care in collaboration with the resident and interdisciplinary care team.
• Implement plan of care consistently, effectively and cost efficiently with focus on resident-centered outcomes.
• Work in collaboration with physician and other health care professionals by sharing information relevant to changes in plan of care.
• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort by maintaining current nursing practices.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with development of individualized plan of care in collaboration with the resident/responsible party and interdisciplinary care team.
• Implement plan of care consistently, effectively and cost efficiently with focus on resident centered outcomes by utilizing all appropriate, available resources for resident, family or responsible party counseling and discharge planning.
• Work in collaboration with physician and other health care professionals by sharing information relevant to changing plan of care.
• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort by demonstrating knowledge and skills of current nursing practices.

Qualifications:

• Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice required
• Must hold and maintain a current CPR certification.
• Licensed nursing staff are required to obtain their CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• License in good standing with the state.
• Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
