Frostburg Rehab Center, located in Frostburg, MD, seeks a compassionate RN to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide hands-on care, perform assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and other staff to ensure high‑quality resident outcomes.

In accordance with facility policies and procedures, provides clinical assessments of and quality direct care to residents under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and DON. Our RN supervisors provide oversight and guidance to nursing staff (LPNs, GNAs, CMAs) on the resident care team.
As an RN in our skilled nursing facility, you’ll be a cornerstone of our clinical team, providing hands‑on care, critical assessments, and clinical leadership. You'll collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure every resident receives the dignity and support they deserve.
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assess and monitor residents’ health status and respond promptly to changes
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs as needed
Document accurately in electronic medical records (EMR)
Follow all policies and procedures of the facility
Serves as charge nurses when assigned
Participates as required in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
Attends all required educational activities and meetings. Documents care per policy requirements.
Maintains confidentiality of resident and facility information.
Demonstrates respect of resident rights and dignity.
Current, unencumbered RN license in Maryland
CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Prior experience in long‑term care or geriatrics is a plus—but we’ll train the right candidate
