Job summary

Ridgeway Rehab Center in Catonsville, Maryland is hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 61-bed skilled nursing facility. The RN will provide hands-on care, perform assessments, and lead clinical activities within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include med administration, care plan execution, and supervision of CNAs/LPNs. Part-time daytime schedule with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive, patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Maryland or Multistate.
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Prior experience in long-term care or geriatrics is a plus—but we’ll train the right candidate.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• A team-player mindset with a passion for patient-centered care.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Join Our Team at Ridgeway Rehab Center!

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Ridgeway Rehab Center, a 61-bed skilled nursing facility in Catonsville, Maryland. As an RN at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents and patients.

About the Role

As an RN, you will be a cornerstone of our clinical team, providing hands‑on care, critical assessments, and clinical leadership. You will collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure every resident receives the dignity and support they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Assess and monitor residents’ health status and respond promptly to changes

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team

• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs as needed

• Document accurately in electronic medical records (EMR)

• Follow all policies and procedures of the facility

• Serves as charge nurses when assigned

• Participates as required in quality assurance and performance improvement activities

• Attends all required educational activities and meetings

• Maintains confidentiality of resident and facility information

• Demonstrates respect of resident rights and dignity
