Job summary

Chapel Hill Nursing Center in Randallstown, MD is seeking a dedicated RN to join our 63-bed skilled nursing team. You will provide hands-on nursing care, perform assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and CNAs to ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.

Maryland RN license and CPR/BLS are required or obtainable upon hire. We offer daily pay options, competitive compensation, and a supportive workplace that treats residents like family.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Maryland (required)
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Prior experience in long-term care or geriatrics is a plus—but we’ll train the right candidate

• A team-player mindset with a passion for patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assess and monitor residents’ health status and respond promptly to changes
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs as needed
• Document accurately in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Follow all policies and procedures of the facility
• Serve as charge nurses when assigned
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
• Attend educational activities and meetings; document care per policy

Chapel Hill Nursing Center is a 63-bed skilled nursing facility, located in Randallstown, Maryland. Our top priority is providing respectful, compassionate and exceptional care to seniors in Randallstown, and the surrounding community. We treat our residents like family from the moment you arrive. We are seeking both Per- Diem to work 8 hour shifts and become part of our growing team.

About the Role

As an RN in our skilled nursing facility, you’ll be a cornerstone of our clinical team, providing hands‑on care, critical assessments, and clinical leadership. You'll collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure every resident receives the dignity and support they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
