Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking an RN to supervise tenant care at Estates at Fridley. The RN ensures care adheres to Minnesota BON standards and supports residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

You will assess tenants, develop Plans of Care, and guide CNAs and other nursing staff through care delivery while upholding the facility's QAPI program and Tenants’ Bill of Rights.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise tenant care to ensure high-quality standards per MN BON.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create a detailed Plan of Care.
• Oversee LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff, clarifying expectations to ensure tenant safety.
• Support the campus QAPI program and Tenants’ Bill of Rights.

RN- Registered Nurse

Position Summary:

The RN manages and supervises tenant care ensuring the highest quality of care is received in accordance with the Minnesota BON standards, is guided by the Tenants’ Bill of Rights and abides by the campus Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program. Through the collection and analysis of data, the RN is accountable for performing a comprehensive assessment to establish the baseline health status of tenants as well as to create a detailed Plan of Care that includes individual needs and preferences. RNs oversee practical nurses, CNAs and nursing personnel through assessment of their knowledge, skill and capabilities; clarifying expectations and addressing behaviors to ensure the safety of tenants and to attain the ultimate goal of achieving and maintaining the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each tenant.

Qualifications:
