Job summary

Aviata at Seminole is seeking qualified Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team. You will provide patient care in a compassionate, collaborative environment and have opportunities to advance your skills. We offer competitive pay, holiday pay, overtime, and a bi-weekly Perfect Punch bonus.

Shifts include FT Day (7a-7p) or PT Day (7a-7p) in Seminole, FL. Active RN licensure and SNF/rehab experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned
