Job summary

Aviata at Sand Key in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our family-like team. This facility offers 12-hour shifts (4 days off) and a supportive environment focused on resident care. • Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license to practice.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Follows facility policies and coordinates resident care with other staff.
• Supervises CNAs during shift, assigns and distributes work, and ensures standards are met.
• Other duties as assigned.

Major Responsibilities - Registered Nurse

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.

• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.

• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications- Registered Nurse

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.

• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.

• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
