Job summary

Webster Manor Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Webster, MA is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time and part-time roles. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, create and follow care plans, and document patient interactions.

Shifts include 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a with weekly pay; evenings, overnights and weekends have differentials. Sign-on bonus up to $5,000; benefits include health/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing or college.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Must have a current and active RN license in the state (Massachusetts).
• New graduates welcome!

Responsibilities

• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident
• Maintain current resident care plans and follow physician's orders
• Provide comprehensive nursing care, treatments, and dressings, and document all patient interactions
• Review patient records daily to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Participate in activities and provide social support to residents
• Comply with facility policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations

Shift openings include 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a with weekly pay. Evenings, overnights, and weekends come with pay differentials. Includes rotating weekends.
