Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license entered in state nursing board.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Coordinate resident care with facility staff and follow policies.
• Supervise CNAs during shifts, assign work, and train new staff.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team! As a Registered Nurse with Aviata at Oakfield, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. $40 - $43 HOURLY salary and a competitive benefits package are just a few perks of being part of our team!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
