$3000 sign on bonus to be paid out as the following: $1000 after 30 days, $1000 after 60 days, $1000 after 90 days. 7a-7p only

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation
• Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program
• Provide nursing services
• Conduct and document thorough evaluations of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout treatment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
• Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done

• $28- $32 HOURLY
• 500 referral bonus for nurses and c.n.a’s - paid out in 90 days
